Raw

Raw food has become more popular over the last few years for it’s well researched health benefits. Raw chocolate especially seems to become almost mainstream. If you ever get a chance to visit any vegan/veggie fayres you will see a huge range of vegan chocolate, power balls, bars etc on offer. Many can be made without specialised equipment like dehydraters or power blenders. With the recipes on this page you really only need a food processor.
